Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assure the smooth Supply of Utilities to all the resources like Generator, Steam Boiler, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Factory Machine and other equipment for proper functioning.
∎ To assure proper utilization of the power of Generator, Steam Boiler, Thermal oil heater, Air compressor.
∎ The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on utility related works
∎ Responsible for the safety and secure power supply to all electrical devices.
∎ The selected candidates will lead the Utility team and will be responsible to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all machineries/plant independently especially Power department
∎ Participate to any relevant internal coordination meetings with the Technical Unit, other project teams and support teams.
∎ Develop or propose a spare parts policy for the company to abide to.
∎ Assure the service and repair of all machines and equipment to have in perfect running condition ready for production at all times
∎ The candidates should have managing power to control the subordinator.
∎ Plan, implement and maintenance of systems for monitoring machine down time & identify current levels accurately and set targets to minimize it. Identify strategy
∎ Be aware of new technologies coming in and evaluate them against company requirements and recommend on acquiring while identifying key personnel to be trained on new arrivals.
∎ The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on utility related works
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Utility (Generator, Steam, thermal Oil heater, Air Compressor)
∎ First Class Boiler Operator License.
∎ ABC Electric License.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate to the subordinates;
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame;
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS PowerPoint and email communication etc.;
