∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Leading a Team of Industrial engineers trainees / responsible to Developing and implementing innovative Industrial Engineering strategies factory operations.
∎ • Preparation of Operation Bulletin and planning for the machineries / attachments / Skill matrix of workers based on the style planned for the next 2 months in advance.
∎ • Estimating line capacity for all new development styles based on garments sample & advise the planning team.
∎ • Maintaining skill matrix data across the factory for all level.
∎ • Daily Operator balancing due to absents based on Skill matrix.
∎ • Able to Do time study / Motion study & operations study
∎ • Monitoring hourly production reports & addressing the bottleneck area through the production team.
∎ • Deskilling of Operations through Kaizen.
∎ • Preparing production reports & the efficiency reports.
∎ • Co-ordination with human Resource department for training progress (fresh training and multi skill training).
∎ • C & C of OB thro IE executives for effective implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) in hard core industrial engineering in any of a leading garment Manufacturers.
Salary:
∎ Best in the Industry and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
