Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute a strategic role in partnering with business leaders, including CXOs, Chief Business Officers, and Chief Executive Officers, focusing on driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategies that boost workforce effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Lead recruitment for mid- and entry-level leadership roles across the organization, catering to both existing and new business ventures.
∎ Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) process, ensuring planned outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and assist in creating performance improvement plans.
∎ Develop and execute strategies to retain top talent through growth opportunities and rewards.
∎ Plan and implement customized engagement activities to enhance employee morale and commitment.
∎ Assist in implementing organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
∎ Provide data-driven insights and analytics to guide HR decision-making.
∎ Translate HR needs into actionable technical solutions and incorporate data analytics into HR processes.
