Job Context:
∎ This position will require the candidate to take on the roles and obligations of an ERP coordinator, focusing mainly in the department of HR. This role will require the candidate to diligently manage, and facilitate all duties pertaining to the company’s HR department, including manpower allocation, salary sheet generation, employee wage disbursement policies, and etc. In addition, the candidate will take on the duty of managing and facilitating the ongoing Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP) operation of the company.
∎ Aside from the work duties, the candidate must be a progressive long-term thinker, aggressively open-minded, dynamic leader, and strong problem resolver. This role gives the candidate supporting freedom to develop HR policies, project plans, further IT implementation programs and various strategies that will ultimately impact on benefit and wellbeing of all employees and company practices through a robust ERP/IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study the work-process of all the departments within the company and formulate/customize reports as per top management requirement.
∎ Managing the spinning mill’s HR ERP module and conducting proper communication on a day-to-day basis with all relevant departments to ensure that accurate data entry and postings are being inputted.
∎ Ensure that the running ERP systems are following its service level agreements such that optimal software system performance and service is being delivered to the company.
∎ Monitoring and managing all existing systems, network appliances, hardware and any other related IT infrastructure in coordination and direction of Head IT Manager.
∎ Conduct impact analysis of ERP including interdependencies, upgrades, and changes for department /functional areas and evaluate systems and business processes.
∎ Facilitate cross-functional team meetings with various company departments to verify business solutions and operations are being optimized from IT solutions.
∎ Ensuring that appropriate IT security protocols (pertaining to IT security, software & hardware troubleshooting) are developed and put in place.
∎ Provide technical support when needed on a company-wide scale, including factors such as (but not limited to): supervising & training end-users, ensuring consistent data backup, correcting wrong data inputs/postings, providing support in recovering data due to any unforeseen disaster (if any), unplanned power outages and downtime.
∎ Monitor and plan the ongoing development and implementation of the company's fully integrated ERP system and help define crystal clear software usage roles for the internal team.
∎ Perpetually monitor, review and analyze existing ERP system effectiveness based on end-user feedback and help enhance the system functionality to ensure that end-user requirements are satisfied.
∎ Develop and maintain a training program in partnership with head management that ensures that end-users and subordinates who use office applications and ERP systems are prepared for future growth of the company IT infrastructure
∎ Maintain liaison with ERP consultants and support team.
∎ Recommend and help implement modern and unique technology solutions to enhance productivity
∎ Ensuring that all the company’s systems, hardware, networks, servers, and overall IT infrastructure are up-to-date and running smoothly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years

∎ Candidate should have at least 5-7 years ‘experience in ERP software Management and/or IT management from a reputed Spinning and Textiles organization, or any reputable group of companies
∎ Should have considerable background in HR management
∎ Experience in dealing with enterprise backup and recovery procedures,
∎ Knowledge of industry-wide system performance monitoring frameworks and strategies.
∎ Sound conceptual knowledge on Integration technology among different systems and solutions.
∎ Must be aware and have adequate knowledge on Cybersecurity threats and protection
∎ Must be aware of Database management with necessary reporting concepts.
∎ Candidate should have experience and strong understanding in the following area(s):
∎ Handling modern IT equipment and technologies, IT systems and networks management, software implementation, hardware & software troubleshooting, software quality assurance, software support.
∎ Candidate must be a progressive long-term thinker, aggressively open-minded, dynamic leader, and strong problem resolver, as this role gives the candidate creative freedom to develop policies, project plans, IT implementation programs and various strategies that will ultimately work to benefit the wellbeing of all employees and company practices through a robust IT infrastructure, and pave the way for a more efficient, transparent, and productive business practice within the company.
∎ Candidate must have strong leadership skills and dynamic entrepreneurial traits, as the role of IT Manager will require a creative and dynamic approach to effectively fulfill job obligations.
∎ Should have effective communication, presentation, and writing skills,
∎ Proficiency in programming languages and operating systems (optional, but highly preferable)
∎ Knowledge in database maintenance and handling.
∎ General knowledge of the spinning mill industry, and how operations in the production process are carried out. (Optional, but highly preferable).
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in the field of IT management
∎ Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines given by top level management
∎ Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and tasks within the expected timeframe.
∎ Ability to closely study and adapt to new technology and IT solutions in the industry
∎ Must have a strong sense of ethics and integrity, and work towards resolving team conflict in a productive manner.
