Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Only Male

· At least 7 years’ experience in HR

· Post Graduate Degree, preferably in HR

· Must have excellent English language skills (speaking, writing & reading) as must communicate with our UK Head Office daily.

· Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail·       Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

· A proactive approach to managing tasks and problem-solving



Responsibilities & Context:

· To provide administrative support to the Human Resource department.

· Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.

· Respond to HR-related documentation such as contracts and onboarding materials.

·  Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.

· Assist in organising training sessions and employee engagement activities.

· Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

· Support team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
