Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all hiring needs for Rider/Delivery Man, Operator & Package Handler from Online Sources (FACEBOOK GROUP /FACEBOOK PAGES & Offline Sources
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Facebook Pages/ Online Portal within Strict Time Frame
∎ Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment.
∎ Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and soft skills.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify NID, certificates, and other documents.
∎ Prepare onboarding and training material for all new and existing Riders, Operators, Loader, etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all Rider/Delivery Man & Operators, Loader, etc.
∎ Continuously sourcing CV Rider/Delivery Man & Operators, Loader, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
