Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced HR & Administration professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in recruitment, payroll management, legal compliance, HR software integration, and administration within a service or facility management organization. This position requires hands-on experience in managing day to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle, statutory compliance, administrative control, and effective coordination across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary disbursement, and compliance.

  • Supervise attendance, leave, and overtime management.

  • Handle employee grievance, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance.

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for both factory and office staff.

  • Maintain employee database, ID cards, insurance, and personnel files.

  • Conduct training & development, performance evaluation, and succession planning.

  • Manage compensation & benefits, employee motivation, and engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure HR software integration and database updates.

  • Support talent management, career planning, rewards, and recognition programs.

  • Develop, review, and implement administrative policies and SOPs.

  • Oversee office management.

  • Asset management, and maintenance.

  • Ensure office safety, security, and equipment functionality.

  • Handle petty cash, budgeting, and expense tracking.

  • Maintain office supplies, stock records, and procurement coordination.

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain company records.

  • Update administrative policies as required.
