Experience:
PGDHRM / Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
LANGUAGES: Sound knowledge in writing and speaking English language.
Patience to listen, and to have excellent communication both speaking and writing as well as negotiation skills.
Should have good competency in using MS Office.
Capability of working under pressure.
Handle onboarding, confirmation, promotion, separation, and other employment-related processes.
Ensure timely preparation and issuance of appointment, confirmation, and release letters.
Maintain employee personal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor daily attendance, leave applications, and overtime data for both factory and corporate employees
Maintain and update employee records in software.
Generate periodic reports (headcount, attendance, turnover, etc.)
Maintain statutory registers, employee database, and HR reports as per labor law requirements.
Prepare and submit HR-related MIS and analytical reports to management.
Assist HR management in various projects and audits.
Process employee separation cases in accordance with company policy and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Calculate and verify FnF settlements including unpaid salary, leave encashment, bonus, gratuity, and deductions.
Coordinate with respective departments (Accounts, IT, Admin, etc.) for clearance formalities.
Prepare and issue final settlement statements, experience letters, and release letters.
Maintain FnF records and ensure timely completion of all exit-related activities.
Support exit interviews and feedback documentation for improvement initiatives.
