  • Performance Management – Set up evaluation systems and support employee growth.

  • Employee Relations – Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive culture.

  • Compliance with Labor Laws – Ensure all legal standards and workplace safety.

  • HR Policies & Documentation – Maintain employee records and company policies.

  • Employee Engagement & Retention – Keep employees motivated and reduce turnover.

  • Exit & Offboarding Management – Handle resignations and terminations smoothly.

  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Tasks

  • Sunday policy meeting

  • Weekly one-on-one disciplinary action meetings with 1–2 team members

  • Festival Bonus: 2
    • Working Days: 5 days per week.

    • Weekend: Friday & Saturday.

    • Paid Leave: 23 days annually
