Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ A Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Labour Law will add more value to the application.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all HR services, including recruitment, payroll, training, HR Information Systems, Performance appraisal, annual leave register etc.
∎ Develop and update HR policies and guidelines. Ensure that all line managers and employees comply with the policies and guidelines. Ensure all policies are compiled in line with the Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.
∎ Ensure effective and up-to-date filing system for each employee.
∎ Maintain professional employee relations, taking disciplinary action and handling grievances efficiently in an appropriate manner.
∎ Prepare/issue office note, office order & circular in respect of HR & Administrative issues efficiently in Bengali and English language.
∎ Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings, check meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
∎ Supervise subordinates and assigned departments. Generate and maintain ROTA as and where needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in labor law of Bangladesh.
∎ Knowledge of GSuite desirable.
∎ Knowledge in health & hygiene.
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Excellent communication in English (near native)
∎ Ability to work with all level of employees
Salary:
∎ Tk. 49000 - 53000 (Monthly)
∎ Two festivals bonuses as per company policy
