Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, drive talent acquisition, and foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies. The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to support the company’s growth and retain top talent.
Key Responsibility:
- HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Contribute to strategic planning with insights on HR needs, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. Develop talent pipelines and succession planning to support organizational growth.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and implement programs to boost employee engagement and morality.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, set performance standards, and implement performance improvement plans. Collaborate with department heads to drive continuous feedback and employee development.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and track employee development. Promote a learning culture through workshops, skill development programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct market benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations. Maintain employee records, contracts, and handle payroll activities to meet legal and company standards. HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company culture and regulatory requirements.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Streamline onboarding and exit processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Handle orientation, exit interviews, and turnover analysis.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide HR analytics and reports on key HR metrics to senior management. Use data to drive HR initiatives and make informed decisions.
