Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company events
Draft internal communications, HR reports, and documentation
Participate in policy updates and HR compliance activities
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
