Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
To support the HR Department (BDF) with daily HR operations, particularly in the areas of payroll, attendance, welfare, and employee services, while developing practical skills in HR systems and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare salary & timely disbursement.
Verify and maintain employee attendance data accuracy.
Develop the HRMS system and integration with the vivo process.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge & skill on MS Office
