∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Must be energetic and mindset to work 9 am -6 pm.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
∎ Assist in making payroll sheets including monthly bills, mobile bills, office requisitions and all.
∎ Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and databases with accurate information.
∎ Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.
∎ Provide support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
∎ Physically visit projects and sites.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
