Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
∎ Assist in onboarding new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
∎ Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee files and HR databases.
∎ Assist in administering HR policies and procedures and performance management.
∎ Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.
∎ Assist in providing support to employees on HR-related issues and inquiries.
∎ Assist in other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: Tk. 7000 (Monthly)
