Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome guests at the reception desk.
∎ Manage the incoming and outgoing call requests efficiently.
∎ Answer questions and address complaints to guests.
∎ Maintain and update contact sheet.
∎ Coordinate office supplies.
∎ Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute timely.
∎ Coordinating office activities.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in person and via Phone/Email.
∎ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
∎ Take attendance of the employees and keep their entry time.
∎ Keep notes, memo, and office orders whenever asked by management.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concerned authority.
∎ Perform necessary administrative tasks to support the regular work and activities.
∎ Take messages, calls, and any queries and respond to them on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be able to communicate precisely in Bangla and English, both written and verbally.
∎ Well conversant in Microsoft office and sending e-mails.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 14000 (Monthly)
