Additional Requirements:

Exhibiting excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, along with a mastery of MS-Office applications and the Internet.
Be able to understand and interpret HVAC drawings.
Proficiency in designing HVAC system using AutoCAD will be preferred.
Inventory management capability.
Demonstrating poise and competence in high-pressure work environments.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and execute the design, planning, and installation of heating, ventiliation, and air conditioning systems in new construction or existing buildings.
Ensuring the successful completion of the entire HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning process from start to finish.
Crafting project estimations, budgets, and work schedules, while providing valuable support in project contract negotiations.
Orchestrating the planning, organization, direction, and coordination of manpower, equipment, tools, and supplies to attain project objectives.
Keeping record of the inventory of site store.
Collaborating with the purchasing department to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of project materials within budget.
Cultivating and nurturing relationships with project stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, internal team members, and other trades on site.
Directing both the HVAC Project engineering team and the relevant workforce to meet the deadines and ensuring quality of work.
Manage client interactions and attend scheduled meetings.
