• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, HVAC System

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Exhibiting excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, along with a mastery of MS-Office applications and the Internet.

• Be able to understand and interpret HVAC drawings.

• Proficiency in designing HVAC system using AutoCAD will be preferred.

• Inventory management capability.

• Demonstrating poise and competence in high-pressure work environments.

Oversee and execute the design, planning, and installation of heating, ventiliation, and air conditioning systems in new construction or existing buildings.

• Ensuring the successful completion of the entire HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning process from start to finish.

• Crafting project estimations, budgets, and work schedules, while providing valuable support in project contract negotiations.

• Orchestrating the planning, organization, direction, and coordination of manpower, equipment, tools, and supplies to attain project objectives.

• Keeping record of the inventory of site store.

• Collaborating with the purchasing department to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of project materials within budget.

• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with project stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, internal team members, and other trades on site.

• Directing both the HVAC Project engineering team and the relevant workforce to meet the deadines and ensuring quality of work.

• Manage client interactions and attend scheduled meetings.
