Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical form reputed public university (academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Leadership, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Risk Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Communication, Computer skill, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the successful completion of the entire HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning process from start to finish.
∎ Crafting project estimations, budgets, and work schedules, while providing valuable support in project contract negotiations.
∎ Orchestrating the planning, organization, direction, and coordination of manpower, equipment, tools, and supplies to attain project objectives.
∎ Attending meetings and events as necessary, contributing to the project's social fabric.
∎ Vigilantly ensuring all projects are delivered within the confines of their time and financial constraints.
∎ Collaborating with the purchasing department to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of project materials within budget.
∎ Cultivating and nurturing relationships with project stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, internal team members, and other trades on site.
∎ Directing both the HVAC Project engineering team and the relevant workforce.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in decision-making, problem-solving, resource allocation, and strategic planning is a must.
∎ The capability to assemble, nurture, mentor, train, and lead project personnel, cultivating a cohesive team.
∎ Exhibiting excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, along with a mastery of MS-Office applications and the Internet.
∎ Proficiency in designing 2D and 3D models and structures using AutoCAD will be preferred.
∎ Demonstrating poise and competence in high-pressure work environments.
