Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
∎ Help with the onboarding process by preparing documents, introducing new employees to the company culture, and ensuring a smooth transition.
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other general HR matters.
∎ Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR management system (HRMS).
∎ Prepare HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
∎ Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll by collecting attendance, overtime, and leave data.
∎ Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities.
∎ Assist in tracking employee training and development programs and maintaining related records.
∎ Help manage the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and collecting feedback.
∎ Assist in monitoring employee performance and support the implementation of performance improvement plans.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
∎ Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
∎ Organize team-building events and other employee engagement activities.
∎ Generate reports related to HR metrics, such as attendance, recruitment progress, and training participation.
∎ Assist with HR analytics and provide insights to the HR Manager for better decision-making.
