Responsibilities & Context: Executive, Call Centre at Way Group
Job Purpose: The Call Centre Executive will act as the first point of contact for customers and prospects. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about products and services, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and polite manner.
Provide detailed and accurate information about company projects, products, and services.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive communication with potential clients.
Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
Assist the sales team by setting appointments and transferring qualified leads.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving basic queries and escalating complex issues to the relevant department.
Follow up with customers to maintain strong business relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Maintain company reputation by ensuring courteous and professional communication.
