Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical, and tech-savvy Executive, Sales Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales operations and financial compliance, ensuring precise financial calculations, seamless client documentation, and efficient event coordination. A strong foundation in Accounting/Finance, advanced Excel capabilities, and fluency in bilingual documentation (English and Bangla) are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis & Sales Commission Management

  • Accurately calculate complex sales commissions, incentives, and payouts for the sales team based on company policies and targets.

  • Reconcile sales data with financial records to ensure error-free disbursements.

  • Generate monthly or periodic commission reports for management review.

2. Documentation & Legal Formalities

  • Draft, verify, and finalize official client agreements, property/product deeds, and allotment letters.

  • Ensure all customer legal documentation adheres to corporate compliance standards.

  • Efficiently type and format legal texts, official letters, and contracts in Bangla (using Avro/Bijoy) and English.

3. Sales Operations & ERP Management

  • Maintain, update, and manage day-to-day sales data, customer profiles, and transaction records within the company's ERP software.

  • Utilize Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas, data validation) to build trackers, analyze sales pipelines, and forecast trends.

4. Sales Program & Event Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and manage logistics for sales programs, fairs, corporate events, and customer engagement campaigns.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Admin) to ensure the smooth execution of promotional activities.

5. Customer & Administrative Support

  • Serve as a reliable internal point of contact for customer queries regarding documentation, schedules, and outstanding balances.

  • Archiving physical and digital files safely to ensure quick retrieval.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: MBA major in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or a related financial/administrative role (experience in the real estate or service sector is a plus).

  • Software Expertise:

    • Proficient hands-on experience using industry-standard ERP software.

    • Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel.

  • Language Skills: Exceptional typing and drafting proficiency in both Bangla and English.

  • Core Competencies: Strong mathematical aptitude, sharp attention to detail, high ethical standards for data handling, and excellent time-management skills.
