Act as Chief Engineer for various official works like; official circular, official letter, budget preparation, specification, reports, tracking of papers including drawings, maintaining common email etc.
Co-ordinate with Consultants through Planning Department for all drawings (Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing etc.) regarding construction issues (including RAJUK and as-built drawings)
Coordinate with team members (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, etc.) and provide necessary guidance on the project issues
Prepare materials specification (both for land owners and clients) for upcoming and running projects and to co-ordinate with Customer-care department for approval
Co-ordinate with all other Departments regarding various technical information about building construction issue (like, to Public Relation Department to provide technical data of various government forms, to accounts department for work order)
Prepare fire-fighting drawings and co-ordinate with Co-ordination Department for implementation of fire-fighting works at projects as per approve design and drawings
To keep records and to follow up decisions (if requires) for various internal meetings regarding engineering team
Maintain liaison with other departments for regular activities like audit, meeting, progress report of work / working schedule, budget (financial & material both) etc
Overall responsible for full construction works and construction team
Effectively communicating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure project alignment.
Adhering to industry standards, building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities, and generating reports for management.
