∎ Prior experience in office administration or HR role mandatory.
∎ Prior experience in similar role at site location preferred.
∎ Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the local recruitment process
∎ Work with the location Head/ Hiring Manager on the requirement
∎ Source resumes as per requirement and engage with the candidates share about the role and expectations
∎ Coordinate/ schedule interviews and initiate offer discussions with the selected candidates
∎ Issue Contract letter/ appointment letter after due approvals as per process
∎ Keep track of the attendance of the employees: Through Zing-HR/Pontus and Attendance Register.
∎ Maintain Leave record: Through Zing-HR/Pontus and Leave applications.
∎ Payroll /Salary processing: - Enter new joiner salary details each month. After Preparing Salary Attendance Data for all employees, email Country Manager and Project Manager for approval. Post approvals, share with HO Talent Management SPOC, keeping Country Manager in loop., for payroll processing.
∎ On-Boarding/Induction of new joiners including expats – ensuring all statutory forms filled – joining kit to be prepared for local on-boarding and expats on-boarding
∎ Personal File Management of local employees and expats
∎ Ensuring labor law compliance (as per the Bangladesh Labour Law) of the office including displaying all the laws, statutory deductions as and where applicable, registration, submitting returns and seeking support from external agency, if require.
∎ Employee Insurance – Reaching out to insurance companies with employee details and insurance package requirement, taking proposals from 3 companies, negotiations, choose the lowest proposal per the process, renewal and management of the policy. Communicate the Insurance Program with the employees and share the contact person details, in case of any claim. Process of addition/ deletion of staff names in the insurance policy
∎ Addressing employees HR concerns
∎ Preparing and Publishing Annual Holiday List
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
∎ Ensure office seating space and meeting rooms are available for visiting leaders and experts. Also, be responsible for any other works to be assigned by the Management.
∎ Ensure compliance with the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety, and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.

∎ The Role:
∎ The HR Executive works closely with the Country Manager, Bangladesh for any specific project/ location and the HO HR/ Admin team to ensure that the organization’s HR policies, processes, practices, and general administration are implemented and followed efficiently in Systra, Bangladesh
