∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Coaching and Mentoring skills, Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, interpersonal and leadership skill, Negociation Skill, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development Resource Mobilization, Documentation Skills, Employee Engagements, Employee Management, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Policy Development, Recruitment and selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In close collaboration with the HR and Admin Manager, prepare the recruitment plans and job descriptions.
∎ Assist in preparing job advertisements; arrange job postings, contact applicants, and coordinate interviews and the recruitment process in accordance with the organizational recruitment standards & business needs.
∎ Applicants screening based on the requirements and scheduling interviews.
∎ On confirmation of appointment, handle employee's joining formalities, periodic counseling, performance assessment & job confirmation etc. in appropriate manner.
∎ Ensure proper record keeping of all documents (attendance, training request form & training details, result evaluation etc)
∎ Conduct feedback survey after each training, to assess the outcome of the training and maintain a database keeping records of individual staff training information.
∎ Training database/ reports, and prepare the monthly report to share with HR & Admin Manager.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager from time to time.
