Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Management, Production/ Operation Management, Project Coordinator/ Officer, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand project requirements and guidelines from client.
∎ Prepare internal guideline based on the client's requirement or guideline.
∎ Assist the Project Managers in preparation of project delivery schedule based on the deadlines and benchmarks.
∎ Assist in defining preparation of guidelines based on the client's requirement.
∎ Assist in briefing the Delivery Team regarding the project guidelines and the project requirements.
∎ Escalate edge-cases and other project related issues to the Project Manager/Customer Success Manager and also to the Clients and bringing up the best solutions to the edge-cases.
∎ Coordinate the communication of project requirements between the project management and delivery team.
∎ Escalate project related issues to the Project Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Track Project Progress and Quality to ensure that project is on track.
∎ Perform ad hoc daily tasks when necessary to support the successful delivery of projects.
