Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and create growth strategies for the delivery centers and identify ways to reduce operating expenditure. Create a sustainable corporate culture for the Delivery Centers in Bangladesh.
∎ Build a competent team via training, coaching, and talent acquisition. Establish a clear succession plan for all the key roles.
∎ Set and communicate departmental objectives. Provide direction, support, and coaching to management personnel in the fulfillment of their responsibilities and the accomplishment of objectives.
∎ Design and implement different strategies and implement a performance-based bonus system to ensure a highly motivated team.
∎ Analyze, direct and support operations productivity and service levels and identify opportunities for improvement and/or growth.
∎ Identify Quantigo AI's process deficiencies and implement any changes, controls, and/or procedures necessary to improve the quality of standards and operational efficiency, while minimizing operating expenditures.
∎ Oversee the project planning. Oversee the Service Delivery team to ensure the successful launch and delivery of customer projects according to client SLA.
∎ Understand the evolving requirements of services from the client's end and introduce new technology to the team accordingly.
∎ Need to lead, develop, motivate and coach others and inspire for success by building strong and cohesive teams.
∎ Need to work cross-functionally across multiple geographies and time zones on a daily basis and understand technology utilized in the assigned customer environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
∎ A results-driven contributor who can work independently and as part of a virtual collaborative team.
∎ Ability to solve complex and unique problems and make decisions accordingly which involve the interpretation of many different factors.
∎ Should have skills in leading change both from a cultural perspective as well building business cases to support the change initiative
∎ Stress Management: Regular exposure to competing and/or simultaneous deadlines, unpredictable or urgent assignments, and multiple reporting relationships. You need to manage all these and work accordingly.
