Role Overview

We are looking for Software Support Engineer who will collaborate with stakeholders to manage SLA-based data workflows, ensuring accurate data validation, transformation, and integration across systems. This role requires maintaining high data integrity while supporting bulk ticket operations and system transitions. Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills are essential to ensure smooth coordination and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand SLA requirements and objectives.

· Analyze existing ticket flow and identify data validation needs.

· Concise and professional communication between relevant stakeholders.

· Analyze data and take confirmation in each use-case from the ticketing platform

· Transform and cleanse data to ensure compatibility with the target system.

· Modify/Insert transformed data into the target system.

· Maintain high level data integrity and accuracy while working on resolution.

· Document special case scenarios, communication and action.

· Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on bulk ticket processing

· Deep understanding of PDM/PLM systems and data structures ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operation

· Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, system-wise transformation, and manipulation.

· Facilitate communication and coordination between teams and ensure successful project completion

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience with SQL and data manipulation of languages.

· Excellent analytical skills.

· Programming experience in any language.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Familiarity with ticketing systems, project management tools and version control system.

· Excellent communication in English, proactive, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.

· Experience with SLA-based projects

· Technical and Functional knowledge of PLM/SAP/ERP/CRM systems.

· Familiarity with data visualization tools

· Understanding of API integrations
