Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities (Hardware):

• Manage hardware product portfolio (Router, Switch, Cable, Networking Devices, etc.)

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and OEM partners

• Prepare quotations, BOQ, and technical specifications

• Track product availability, stock movement, and demand forecasting

• Conduct market analysis and identify new product opportunities

• Provide product training and support to sales team

• Maintain reports, pricing sheets, and analysis using Advanced Excel

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Key Responsibilities (Software):

• Manage software product portfolio (e.g., Microsoft 365, antivirus, and other licenses)

• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and partners for pricing, licensing, and support

• Prepare product proposals, quotations, and documentation

• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and inventory (if applicable)

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Support sales team with product knowledge and technical information

• Maintain accurate reports using advanced Excel functions

• Ensure timely renewal and compliance of software licenses
