• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• CCNA / CCNP

• Any relevant Network or Security certification

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Engineering Firms

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

• Customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for Network & Security solutions.

• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot:

  • Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPN, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points.

• Assist in configuration and support of security solutions such as:

  • Firewall, VPN, NAC, ZTNA, WAF, Endpoint & Network Security.

• Monitor network performance and security events; respond to incidents and alerts.

• Support client requests, incidents, and service tickets within defined SLA.

• Coordinate with internal teams and principals/vendors for issue resolution.

• Assist in network/security implementation and project deployment activities.

• Maintain proper documentation (network diagrams, configurations, SOPs).

• Provide on-site and remote support as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and security best practices.
