Experience:
Knowledge of IT products, solutions, or services (Networking, Security, Servers, Software, etc. preferred)
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through active customer hunting and lead generation
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Build and maintain a strong sales funnel, pipeline, and sales projections
Client Relationship & Retention
Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client retention
Act as the key point of contact for customers throughout the sales and post-sales cycle
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
Conduct customer meetings to understand initial IT solution requirements
Coordinate with technical and internal teams to propose appropriate IT solutions
Follow up on after-sales services and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit regular sales reports including funnel status, projections, and dues collection
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations) for smooth execution
Tender & Documentation
Prepare and manage tender-related documents (RFQ, RFP, technical & commercial proposals)
Handle e-GP tendering process and submission
Prepare legal documents, formal letters, and official correspondence as required
Financial & Dues Collection
Follow up with clients for timely collection of outstanding dues in coordination with accounts
Branding & Market Presence
Support company branding initiatives through client engagement, market visits, and professional representation
