Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of IT products, solutions, or services (Networking, Security, Servers, Software, etc. preferred)



Responsibilities & Context:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through active customer hunting and lead generation

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets

  • Build and maintain a strong sales funnel, pipeline, and sales projections

Client Relationship & Retention

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client retention

  • Act as the key point of contact for customers throughout the sales and post-sales cycle

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Conduct customer meetings to understand initial IT solution requirements

  • Coordinate with technical and internal teams to propose appropriate IT solutions

  • Follow up on after-sales services and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports including funnel status, projections, and dues collection

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations) for smooth execution

Tender & Documentation

  • Prepare and manage tender-related documents (RFQ, RFP, technical & commercial proposals)

  • Handle e-GP tendering process and submission

  • Prepare legal documents, formal letters, and official correspondence as required

Financial & Dues Collection

  • Follow up with clients for timely collection of outstanding dues in coordination with accounts

Branding & Market Presence

Support company branding initiatives through client engagement, market visits, and professional representation
