Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and regularly update company websites
Ensure all web pages are up-to-date, error-free, and mobile responsive
Monitor website performance and uptime
Upload and update product pages, service offerings, case studies, and project references
Collaborate with the Digital & Brand team to implement content and campaign strategies
Create and manage landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
Optimize pages for conversions (inquiry/contact generation)
Act as an internal focal point for advanced development tasks, website upgrades, and new features
Clearly communicate requirements and follow up on task delivery
Implement basic SEO practices (meta titles, descriptions, image optimization, URL structure)
Improve website speed and overall performance
Ensure regular backups, monitor, and report website issues or vulnerabilities
Coordinate with developers for fixes and support integration (contact forms, lead capture tools, analytics such as Google Analytics)
Ensure proper tracking of website inquiries
Prepare and submit monthly reports on website updates, traffic overview, issues, and improvement plans
