Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview:
As our business continues to expand across Bangladesh, we are strengthening both our sales and technical support structure.
Our business operates under two main tracks:
• Regional Sales focuses on ISP customers and volume-driven router products
• The Pre-Sales Engineer works closely with SI (System Integrators) and leads SMB project-based sales
This role serves as a core technical position responsible for developing and driving project-based technical solutions, while supporting SI partners in successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with local SI partners and build strong technical relationships
2. Design network solutions for SMB projects (Switches, APs, Gateways, etc.)
3. Prepare technical proposals, network diagrams, and product selection documents
4. Conduct technical presentations, solution briefings, and bidding support
5. Coordinate with sales teams, channel partners, and headquarters to drive project progress
6. Deliver technical training sessions and workshops for SI partners
7. Collect project feedback and continuously improve local solution strategies
