We are looking for a highly skilled Unity3D Game Developer to join Avian BPO & IT as a full-time on-site team member in Dhaka.

This role is only for candidates who have real experience developing successful Unity3D games. We strongly prefer candidates who have worked on popular games with real users, strong downloads, high engagement, or commercial success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality Unity3D games using C#

- Build complete game features, game mechanics, levels, UI, animations, and interactive systems

- Improve gameplay feel, performance, loading speed, FPS, and memory usage

- Work with designers, artists, animators, backend developers, and management team

- Integrate SDKs, APIs, analytics, ads, in-app purchases, and backend services when required

- Debug, test, polish, and optimize games for mobile and/or desktop platforms

- Maintain clean, scalable, and production-ready Unity project architecture

- Contribute ideas to improve gameplay, retention, monetization, and user engagement

- Work from office and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Important:

We are not looking for beginners or candidates who only completed tutorial projects. We are looking for a real game developer who has worked on popular, published, or commercially successful games.

Candidates must share their portfolio, game links, App Store / Play Store links, Steam links, or proof of previous game development work.
