Education:

• Diploma in Computer
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

• Age At least 26 years

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MikroTik (Routing, Firewall, NAT, QoS)

• Hands-on experience with OLT configuration (GPON/EPON)

• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, PPPoE

• Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools

• Troubleshooting skills for both wired and wireless networks

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ISP operations

Prior experience in team handling or leadership role will be an advantage

• Provide technical support and customer service by attending customer calls and resolving issues efficiently.

• Perform daily network troubleshooting to ensure service uptime and stability.

• Visit customer end for installation, device setup, and physical troubleshooting when needed.

• Configure and maintain OLT (GPON/EPON) and MikroTik routers/switches.

• Monitor network performance and take proactive measures to minimize downtime.

• Manage and maintain team roster/schedule (up to 10 members) to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.

• Supervise field and NOC support staff and ensure timely ticket resolution.

• Coordinate with core/network teams for escalations and major incidents.

• Maintain proper documentation of network issues, resolutions, and configurations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SLA, and service quality standards.

• Assist in branch-level planning, reporting, and performance evaluation.
