We are seeking a detail-oriented SQA Lead to serve as the final gatekeeper for our digital products. You will own the quality, stability, and performance of our Android, iOS, and Web applications. This is a high-impact role where you won’t just find bugs—you’ll take ownership of the entire QA lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and ensure our users enjoy a seamless experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive testing on Android & iOS apps and Web applications for functionality, usability, and performance.

• Create, review, and execute robust test plans, test cases, and scenarios tailored to both mobile and responsive web environments.

• Execute Smoke, Regression, Sanity, Exploratory, and UAT testing for every new feature and release cycle.

• Identify, document, and track defects using clear reproduction steps, logs, and impact analysis to help developers resolve issues faster.

• Ensure critical paths—including onboarding, authentication, and payment gateways—are bulletproof across all devices.

• Conduct API testing and validate backend integrations to ensure data consistency between the server and the UI.

• Verify pixel-perfect UI alignment against Figma specs and ensure responsiveness across various screen sizes, OS versions, and browsers.

• Lead and mentor junior SQA engineers while collaborating closely with Product and Dev teams to streamline release cycles.

• Track testing progress, provide detailed quality reports, and drive continuous improvements to the QA process.
