Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Executive for a short-term engagement of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on requirements. The role includes ensuring seamless product adoption and delivering both online and onsite training to customers, along with handling customer support and queries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer engagement, including onboarding, support, and query resolution
Ensure smooth product adoption by guiding customers on effective usage and best practices
Deliver engaging online and onsite training sessions for customers, product testing
Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with internal teams (Product/Tech/Operations) to address customer concerns
Track customer feedback and share insights to improve product and service experience
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Travel as required for customer training and support
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and resolve queries efficiently
Basic understanding of customer success, support, or client-facing roles
Willingness to travel for on-site training and support
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Immediate availability preferred
Preferred Criteria
Prior experience in Customer Success / Support / Training roles
Familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven products
Access to a laptop and smartphone
Ability to manage multiple customers,Products and priorities effectively
