Responsibilities & Context:
Attend customer complaints via phone or ticketing system and provide basic support
Assist in troubleshooting internet connectivity issues (slow speed, no connection, packet loss, etc.)
Support configuration and maintenance of MikroTik routers and OLT devices (under supervision)
Perform basic network checks such as cable testing, ONU/ONT status, link status
Provide on-site (on-location) support to customers when required for installation, troubleshooting, or maintenance
Coordinate with senior engineers for issue escalation and resolution
Visit customer premises for installation, device setup, and physical troubleshooting when assigned
Maintain logs and update daily task reports
Follow assigned roster and shift schedules
Ensure proper communication with customers and maintain service quality
