• Diploma in Computer
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/ Bachelor’s in Computer Science.

• At least 5 years

• Knowledge of Cargoaim Software and Tally Software will be considered an advantage.

• Strong communication skills (both email and phone).

• Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Freight Forwarding industries experience will get priority.

• Administered and maintained diverse IT infrastructure, such as Windows/Linux Servers, network devices and end-user hardware.

• Managed the full of ERP software, including maintenance, user training, and cross-office support.

• Provided comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, hardware, software, and network issues to ensure operational continuity.

• Developed and maintained organizational websites, managed webmail servers, domain, hosting and implemented secure data backup and recovery.

• Oversaw IT procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination and maintained surveillance and biometric attendance systems
