• Additional Requirements:

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Good communication skills (Bangla required, basic English preferred)

• Willingness to work in shifts if needed

Job Context:

• We are looking for a dedicated and responsible IT Support Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will work with our vehicle tracking system (ADL MotoViewer) to ensure real-time monitoring and support for our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, quick response capability, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicles in real-time using our tracking software (ADL MotoViewer)

• Provide instant responses to customer queries via chat/call

• Ensure continuous tracking service and identify any disruptions

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues when vehicles go offline

• Provide support in customer groups (Facebook/WhatsApp/other platforms)

• Coordinate with the technical team when required

• Maintain daily monitoring reports and logs

Salary:

• Experienced: BDT 15,000

• Non-Experienced (Fresher): BDT 12,000
