Experience:
Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the assigned territory (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the market and drive growth.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
Effectively manage and develop the assigned geographical area by identifying potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
Ensure comprehensive market coverage and expansion of the retail network.
Ensure availability and visibility of products across all outlets within the assigned territory.
Achieve sales targets by ensuring Sales Representative (SR) productivity and optimal outlet coverage.
Ensure required inventory and investment at all distributor points.
Conduct regular retail visits to monitor stock levels, visibility, and competitor presence.
Identify new retail opportunities and onboard new outlets.
Support and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.
