Responsibilities & Context:

Lead and manage sales operations across assigned districts/territories within the designated area.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement area sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Recruit, train, and supervise Territory Sales Officers (TSO) and Sales Representative.

Set clear performance targets and KPIs for team members and monitor progress.

Coach and mentor team members to enhance productivity and capability.

Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.

Oversee multiple territories to ensure effective market coverage and penetration.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and strong distribution across all territories.

Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and delivery efficiency.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.

Monitor sales pipeline, team productivity, and conversion rates.

Ensure effective execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.
