System Development & Architecture

• Design and develop a robust Distribution Management System (DMS)

• Build modules for Inventory, Sales, Distribution, Returns, and Reporting

• Ensure system scalability, performance, and data security

Inventory Management

• Real-time stock tracking across warehouses, distributors, and retailers

• Batch/IMEI/Serial number tracking (if applicable)

• Stock transfer, adjustment, and reconciliation features

Sales & Distribution

• Sales order creation, invoicing, and delivery tracking

• Distributor, dealer, and retailer hierarchy management

• Territory-wise and channel-wise sales tracking

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop dashboards for sales, inventory aging, stock movement, and KPIs

• Generate automated and custom reports for management

• Enable data export (Excel/PDF)

Integration & Data Management

• Integrate with existing HRIS or ERP systems (if required)

• Maintain secure APIs and database integrity

• Ensure proper user access control and role-based permissions

Maintenance & Support

• Debug, optimize, and upgrade system features

• Provide technical documentation and user manuals

• Coordinate with outsourced freelancers (if needed)
