∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Management, Delivery Management, Production/ Operation Management, Project Management, Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate the progress of production, quality, and resourcing initiatives to all relevant internal stakeholders.
∎ Serve as liaison between the customer and our Service Delivery team to ensure successful launch and delivery of customer projects.
∎ Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams and be responsible for associated client retention, adoption, growth and satisfaction goals.
∎ Manage and deliver work for various projects and provide reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules and handle minor project escalations.
∎ Analyze project and performance analytics to support Service Delivery teams.
∎ Provide internal stakeholders with transparent and attentive project management support covering production and quality management.
∎ Participate in training of team members, providing constant feedback on their performance and where necessary, coaching to close performance gaps.
∎ Identify potential value additions and/ or areas of work we can target for the client with the justifiable business impact of the proposed solution.
∎ Maintain operational and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in data center operations management and developing a strong working knowledge of Quantigo AI products and technologies.
