∎ Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.To work for transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
∎ Maintain personal file, Final settlement, Disciplinary Proceedings with any other HR-related activities.
∎ Coordinate employee recruitment & selection process
∎ Review, modify or develop Job Description as per requirement of the organization.
∎ Prepare a CV Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always updated.
∎ Maintain and monitor attendance through automated system (biometric/swiping cards) and HRIS for processing compensation and benefit for employees.
∎ Various reports on HR & Administrative tasks.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the HOD/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Policy, Leave Management

Salary: Negotiable
