Candidates possessing a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGD-HRM) will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

HR Executive will oversee daily HR activities, ensuring HR practices align with company policies and local labor laws. Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and developments and employee relations—with a strong focus on complaint management, grievance handling, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding.

  • Execute the full recruitment cycle from job posting and screening to interviews and offers.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and assist in manpower planning.

  • Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Coordinate with departments for HR planning and employee development.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files.

  • Ensure employees are briefed on company rules, HR policies.

  • Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify and coordinate employees training and skill development programs.

  • Preparing yearly training calendar according to TNA.

  • Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.

  • Any other duties assigned by the management.
