Professional qualifications such as CA, CA (CC), CMA (partly qualified), or ACCA (partly qualified) will be considered an added advantage.

1. Expertise in ERP systems

2. Deep knowledge of group of companies.

3. Strong grasp of Bangladesh Labor Law and International Compliance standards.

4. High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

1. Prepare and maintain an annual risk-based audit plan and audit calendar.

2. Conduct risk-based internal audits (RBIA) across factory operations, merchandising, commercial, HR, and finance.

3. Develop and review SOPs, identify control gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

4. Ensure compliance with NBR VAT & Tax regulations applicable to export-oriented industries.

5. Audit payroll, overtime (OT), and incentive calculations to prevent payroll inflation.

6. Review financial controls to detect misstatements, leakages, or policy deviations.

7. Prepare clear audit reports with actionable findings and follow up on implementation.

8. Detect procurement fraud, kickbacks, or inflated pricing by benchmarking accessories and raw material prices against market rates.

9. Detect potential dual-book practices in payroll, attendance, and production records.

10. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, factory safety standards, and buyer requirements.

11. Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA), SOP Development, Gap Analysis.

12. Strong ethical standards and independence in audit judgment.

13. Ability to identify anomalies in large datasets and production records.
