∎ PGDHRM is preferred.

∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
∎ 1-2 years of HR experience (or relevant internship experience).
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
∎ Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
∎ Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
∎ Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
∎ Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
∎ Maintain and update employee records in line with legal and organizational requirements.
∎ Assist in policy development and implementation.
∎ Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related data.
∎ Administer employee benefits, including medical benefit and leave management.
∎ Assist in performance appraisal processes.
∎ Track employee progress and provide HR support for development programs.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
∎ Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
∎ Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
