Job Responsibilities:
∎ Orientation and training of new hired workers and staffs.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping, monitoring attendance of workers and staffs on regular basis.
∎ Ensuring Appointment Letters of new hired employees.
∎ Systematic implementation and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of workers and staffs especially of new staffs and workers in the factories as per performance appraisal policy.
∎ Proper follow up grievances, disputes on disagreement of responsible premises to lock labor unrest or any unexpected situations.
∎ Must have to verify any recommendation of recruitment, selection, placement, yearly appraisal/salary review, and separation issues.
∎ Employee Counseling and motivation are mandatory to reduce absenteeism, turn over.
∎ Responsible for general rules & regulations of the factory, employment terms & conditions, work place code of conduct and productivity improvement.

Salary: Negotiable
