Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruit and onboard factory workers, marketing staff, and support staff.
∎ Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, performance, etc.).
∎ Handle staff grievances and resolve conflicts.
∎ Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
∎ Assist in payroll preparation with relevant employee data.
∎ Manage HR documentation including contracts and warnings.
∎ Record basic sales, purchases, and expenses.
∎ Handle accounts receivable and payable.
∎ Prepare simple monthly cash flow and expense reports.
∎ Maintain petty cash and banking transactions.
