Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Daily Activities Report .
∎ Finish files through the process online and by phone calls.
∎ Contact the coordinator and project manager, Engineer, Team Leader, Office staff to complete the process file.
∎ Daily changed the employee status update and project name.
∎ Update employee details from the HR Database.
∎ Check the attendance report to complete the file.
∎ Sometimes Support from Hr. Department for other activity.
∎ Daily resource file update.
∎ Monthly leave tracer file maintain.
∎ Daily Activity Follow-up Summary everyday mail by the manager.
∎ Document Scanning.
∎ Call an Interview.
∎ Joining in online HR Database.
∎ Scan Copy for any document.
∎ CV Collection / Sorting , Employee or others source.
∎ Must know labour law

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
